A few weeks back a big brohaha was made at a different site about a “titanium” iphone mod-which later turned out to be fake. I happened to have really liked the way it looked. Not wanting to tear down my brand new 600.00 3GS, I set about finding a way to get the look-sans major warranty voiding or perhaps murdering innocent tech for no good reason. My search led me to amazon.com and I discovered the Elago Slim Fit Case.
It comes in six beautiful colors, one of which is titanium. Score! I, of course, had to order it. The seller was also offering a special deal-buy the case for 6.99 and a little stand (in the same aluminum finish) called the S2 was 3.99. Hey, I figured “Ten bucks? I can’t lose” so I promptly ordered both.
When they were delivered, I was very pleasantly surprised. They were prettier than I expected-the case looks like solid aluminum and matches my Macbook Pro perfectly-and is very well made. It fit my iphone like it was custom made.
The biggest surprise was the S2 stand! It doesn’t look like aluminum-it IS solid aluminum! It holds my iphone securely, in both portrait and landscape mode. I daresay, it works better than a stand I paid 25.00 for. And it is very small, making it easy to throw in my purse and carry everywhere.
If you are looking for a great, super slim case to protect the back of your baby and a really well made stand-look no further than the Elago case and S2 stand. And really, for 10.00 you just can’t lose!
